Know the pace.
Hold the pace.
PT Pacer turns your branch's run standard into an exact target pace, then holds you on it with an audio cadence beat every step of your training run.

The gap
Generic run apps don't know your standard
Most pace apps assume you're chasing a 5K PR. You're not. You're chasing a specific time on a specific distance that maps to a specific score — and that time changes with your branch, your gender, your age band, and whether you're testing for entry, graduation, or the record test on the calendar.
The fix
One number, worked backward
PT Pacer starts from the score you need and works backward: finish time, per-mile pace, step cadence. Then it plays that cadence in your ears so the pace stops being a guess and becomes a rhythm you can hold.
How it works
From goal score to locked-in tempo
- 01
Set your standard
Pick your branch, gender, age band, test type, and the score you're aiming for.
- 02
Get your pace
PT Pacer converts that standard into an exact target pace and a matching step cadence.
- 03
Run to the beat
A metronome-style audio pacer keeps you locked on tempo through your whole solo run.
- 04
Track the trend
Log each session and watch target vs. actual close over the weeks before test day.
